Public management and its scope

Public management has become a critical factor in the development of Nepal. It is the process of managing and coordinating various public services and programs to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and equitable. Public management involves a wide range of activities such as policymaking, budgeting, personnel management, regulation enforcement, and program evaluation.

Public managers play an important role in making sure that public services reach those who need them most. They are also responsible for ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently. In addition, public managers must be able to work with different stakeholders to develop policies that address current issues or challenges facing the country.
